Our Process

Stage 1: Selection process: After you visited our store and found the piano you like, we will run through invoice and paperwork for the purchase of the piano. This will include discussing delivery

and anything about the piano you would like us to customise or change.

Stage 2: Piano preparation: Once the piano has been purchased, we run through all of the regulation including hammer blow distance, let-off, key dip, back check regulation and damp regulation as well as many other aspects such as after touch.

Stage 3: Polishing: We like every piano to leave our showroom nice and shiny, we polish every piano before it leaves both new and used. We carefully photograph every aspect of the piano prior to leaving for peace of mind.

Stage 4: Tuning: we tune every piano before it leaves to ensure it sounds good when it arrives to this doesn’t prevent of notes going out of tune during delivery, but it does help the piano during “settling in period”

Stage 5: Delivery: your new piano is delivered, we work closely with our delivery partners to ensure that you receive your piano on a day and time that suits you. We then follow up with you in a few weeks’ time to see how instrument settling in and ensure that you are enjoying your new instrument.
